Orders are only accepted by the following means:

DELIVERY/SHIPPING TIME:
We register your order and process your order as soon as the purchase is made.
Items in stock will be shipped the same day or the next day. Items in stock we will inform you about the shipping date.
You will always be informed about the shipment of your order and will receive the code (Track and Trace) to track your order.
Delays may arise due to strikes and weather changes.
Shipping orders: via national and/or international carrier.
If the order is returned for the reason that the name or delivery address (provided by the customer) is incorrect, it is up to the customer to pay the expenses related to the reshipment.
Payment of orders: we offer various payment methods mentioned on the website.

CARE WHEN RECEIVING THE ORDER:
Upon delivery of the order, check that the packaging is in order and that it does not have visible defects. If everything is in order, accept the delivery.
If there is any non-compliance, that is, the packaging has tears, dents, holes, you must refuse delivery and fill in the form with the courier, identifying the reason. If possible, take a picture and send it to RAFA HOME through the available means.
If the package has minor non-conformities, accept the delivery, but always mention on the form that the package had structural damage.
ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE:
RAFA HOME may not accept new shipments after an order has been returned without cause.
These terms and conditions include all purchases through the means described above, as well as through social media tools.
EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
Yes, you can make an exchange within 14 days, provided it is for another size or color of the same reference, excluding items made to order, size or color.
If you intend to do so, you must:
-Schedule an exchange at home: you should get in touch via tlm 910767171 (call to national mobile network) or to email_cc781905-5cde-3194-bbd3bd3info@rafahome.pt (means available from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7 pm) We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
-Right after your exchange request, we will check if the size or color you want to exchange is available in stock.
-You can also go to the store at our address and make the exchange. You must present the item for exchange in due condition and the purchase documentation.
-If the article has been used only once or has been washed, we will not accept the article, except if it is due to a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept exchanges if there is clear evidence that the products have been used. Products must imperatively be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, dirty or with traces of use by the customer), and accompanied by any accessories).
Please note that only home delivery orders can be returned for exchange from your address, by scheduling the collection of your purchase.
RETURN OF ITEMS:
Most of the products purchased through the online store websitewww.rafahome.ptfrom RAFA HOME, can be returned within 14 days.
There are some exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
-We do not accept exchanges or returns of made-to-order items: by measure, color, or model, goods made according to your specifications or personalized, as well as the cancellation of orders that are in production;
-The supply of goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection;
-That have been used only once, or that have been subject to washing or other ways that may have transformed the characteristics of the article;
-Products packaged or with protective film in which to verify their opening or violation, such as: hair accessories, underwear (panties, thongs, shorties, boxers, slips, girdles or bodysuits, baby clothing...), socks, tights, swimwear items (swimsuits, bikinis, bikini bottoms, swimwear, hats, products that come into contact with the human body and whose reuse is discouraged or prohibited for hygienic reasons or health;
-Mattresses, sheets, duvets, bathrobes, slippers, cushions, protectors and mattress protectors when opened, for hygiene and health reasons, given the nature and characteristics of the product;
-Once the plastic wrapper or the protective cover of the product has been opened, the good can no longer be returned as it loses its health and hygiene protection characteristics, thus making any return or replacement unfeasible;
-The supply of goods which after delivery and, taking into account their nature, have been mixed in an inseparable way with other goods.
For the purposes of returns, it is considered that the item must be in proper conditions of use, showing that it has not been used or that its packaging has been violated or damaged.
The product to be returned must present all accessories and documentation. In the case of a product with an associated offer, the offer must also be returned.
Products packaged, sealed or with a protective film placed by the manufacturer are available for the characteristics and functioning of the good, so the fact of unpacking, violating the seal or removing the protective film placed on the product by the manufacturer, will imply the responsibility of the customer , the latter being obliged to pay the price of the good because it is considered that the good in question no longer meets the manufacturer's compliance characteristics and/or has suffered substantial depreciation that makes its use unfeasible, being irremediably at stake, the characteristics good initials.
Failure to verify any of the conditions will imply the exclusion of the right to free resolution or the payment of the price for not being returned under the proper conditions of use or because of its depreciation.
We do not accept returns if there is clear evidence that the products have been used. In the case of returns, after collecting the item to be returned, we will verify the condition of the goods and the refund of the purchase will be made through the same modality in which the payment was made, up to 30 calendar days (with exceptions).
The value of the shipping costs of a purchase is not refunded when it is partially or totally returned, except if the entire order has been delivered by mistake or damaged. Returns will not be charged. However, when requesting a return, the costs relating to the shipment of your order will not be refunded.
Returns from the Islands are always subject to prior contact, so that the cost associated with them is validated. DEADLINE FOR RETURN:
When buying from our online store websitewww.rafahome.pt can return it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, counting from the day on which it takes effective possession of the good. There are some exceptions to the right of withdrawal. See the point “RETURN OF ITEMS.”

2. The no. Invoice for your purchase;
3. Which items to return;
4. If possible an image of the article, if it is a manufacturing defect, the image must demonstrate it.
Check that the articles meet the conditions for the return. There are some exceptions to the right of return on products that cannot be returned (see RETURN OF ITEMS).
Place the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging. We do not accept items without original packaging.
Please note that only Home Delivery orders can be returned from your address, by scheduling the collection of your purchase. For this, contact us, using the means mentioned above.
RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM:
Upon receipt of the returned item, its condition will be analyzed. If the article demonstrates use, wear, washing, improper smell(s), dirt and/or damaged for any reason, including lack of labels and packaging belonging to the article(s), it will be rejected and will not be considered returned item. The customer will be informed and the item will be immediately sent back to the customer. In this case, returns will be donated to charity after 60 days.
REIMBURSEMENT:
If the returned item is in perfect condition, the refund will be made by the same payment method used within 30 days. If for some reason the same method is not possible, we will contact the customer to choose another way to send the refund.
GIFT VOUCHERS (OFFER):
We provide two ways for you to offer (one or more) GIFT COUPONS, henceforth VP, to a Family Member, Friend or Employee.
GIFT VOUCH (Digital):
-Choose the amount you want to offer and the payment method. Only after payment confirmation will you receive the VP Code. This is the code that we will forward to the person you want to offer and who will be able to make purchases on site
www.rafahome.pt. Whoever receives the VP can use the entire value in a single purchase. If the purchase price is not fully discounted, you can do so in the next purchase.
GIFT VOUCHAGE (Physical):
-We send it in an envelope by CTT post office to your address. That way you can hand it to your family member, friend or employee.

The postage value, as well as VAT, are included in the PV value, whether in Digital or Physical format.
VPs are valid for 12 months. If the value of the PV is not used, after the expiration date the value will not be returned.
Note: The value of the PV is exclusive for the purchase of items in the online store www.rafahome.pt or our physical store. It will never be exchanged for any cash value.
COLOR TONE:
We use places with white and yellow light, as well as natural light to photograph the products.
If an article was photographed in a white light environment and later placed in a yellow light environment, it may suffer color variations.

In order to position and contextualize the size of the items, we resort to scenarios where decorative elements appear next to the item to be sold. Only the article described/mentioned next to the image should be considered for sale, all others are not included.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If, as a consumer, you consider that your Rights have been violated, you can send your complaint to the email addressinfo@rafahome.pt, in order to resort to an out-of-court settlement. In this sense, if the transaction between Your Exa. and our company has been concluded through our website, we will send information in accordance with EU Regulation n.º 524/2013 – which has the power to try to resolve any dispute extrajudicially through access to the electronic platform for dispute resolution online, at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ You can consult the updated list of Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities available under article 17 of Law no. 144/2015, of September 8, on the Consumer Portal, via the websitewww.consumidor.pt.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The use of our Website and the purchase contracts made through this pagewww.rafahome.ptare governed by Portuguese law. This provision does not affect the other rights recognized to the consumer by the legislation in force.
RIGHT TO UNILATERAL AMENDMENT OF THE CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to revise and modify these Conditions at any time.
For the Judicial resolution it is the Judicial District of the Court of Penafiel.
